It's finally time for a little meet and greet sweat sesh! I never want you to feel intimidated by the gym or a workout class, so my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can have fun and push ourselves to be the best that we can be! Doors open at 11:00AM PT, so we can meet and chat before. Workout starts promptly at 11:30AM until 12:30PM PT! Feel free to stay 30 minutes after to enjoy some refreshments and socialize with the group. Can't wait to see you all there and hype you all up! So come as your bold, confident selves :)

About the workout:
Experience a full 1-hour bootcamp with VCPHYSIQUES head trainer, Terrance Boston (NASM). In this professionally instructed bootcamp, you will go through a series of body transforming workouts, split between HIIT / bodyweight exercises, and muscle specific weight training.
